Meet Dr. Liu Dr. Jennifer J. Liu, DDS, MD received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the Ohio State University. She then moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan to attend the University of Michigan for her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS). Dr. Liu attended the University of Florida where she graduated from the College of Medicine and received her Doctorate in Medicine (MD). She also completed a General Surgery Internship and her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery with anesthesiology training, at the University of Florida and its affiliated hospitals. Board certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Jennifer J. Liu is uniquely qualified to treat facial and oral disorders. She has an active California medical license and maintains hospital privileges at Valley Care Medical Center in Pleasanton and Contra Costa Medical Center in Martinez. She is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, the Academy of Osseointegration, California Dental Association and American Medical Association. Dr. Jennifer J. Liu holds her certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She is committed to providing excellent patient care and community service – as well as to a process of lifelong learning to meet the changing needs of a diverse patient population. Currently, Dr. Jennifer J. Liu lives in Walnut Creek with her husband, Alan, and her 3 daughters. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running, playing tennis, and simply enjoying the quiet moments in life. |
